The Rural Area Small Business Assistance Center (RASBAC) opened in January 2015  in Luling, Louisiana to offer much-needed technical assistance and support services to businesses located in rural Louisiana areas.  In February 2022, our RASBAC headquarters relocated from Luling to Bogalusa, Louisiana.

Current services being offered include:

• Technical Assistance – coaching, business planning, marketing, management, finance and strategic planning;

• Back-Office Services – accounting/bookkeeping, income tax preparation, sales tax preparation, payroll preparation, human resources/personnel management, IT consulting.

• Funding - low-interest microloans for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
